Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. We have a 15-day return policy. If you feel you are not satisfied with your OMG Beauty Products online purchase or if it arrives damaged, simply return the unused product and we will gladly issue a refund/exchange.
1. Prior to returning your Item(s), please email us at support@omgbeautyproducts.com with your order number in order to obtain a Return Request Form to complete.
2. Complete the Return Request Form. Ship back to us using a carrier of your choice. Be sure to include your order number, name, email address, mailing address, and phone number in case we need to contact you. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method. OMG Beauty Products is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

We are sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable. If you are shipping items that total over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
3. Your return or exchange will be processed promptly. Most returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Most exchanges will be processed within 7-10 days of receipt and shipped via Standard Service. Once received we will send an email confirming the receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.
4. We will refund the original form of payment to the original purchaser within 48-72 hrs of receiving your return. We regret that we are unable to refund the original shipping charges.
5. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for OMG Beauty Products purchased at other retailers. Only products purchased at OMGbeautyproducts.com
Gift cards are not eligible for return/refund
Sale items (if applicable) - Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) - We are unable to process exchanges. If your have issues with your order please send us an email at support@omgbeautyproducts.com and we will gladly assist.
